Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak promotions or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
International orders require an additional1–2 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods
U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS from our Branford, CT warehouse. Standard ground shipping is free for silk products in the contiguous United States. Fees do apply for Laundry Detergent products.

Returns

We want you to truly love your silk products, but if something isn’t quite right, our customer care team is here to help.

Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For products worn against the skin or hair (such as sleep accessories or apparel), items must show no signs of wear, makeup, skincare, or hair product residue to be eligible for return.

Manual Review
All returns are reviewed individually to ensure product integrity and maintain the highest quality standards for every customer.

Returns Assurance (Optional at Checkout)
At checkout, customers have the option to add Returns Assurance for a small fee. This optional coverage helps offset the cost of return shipping if a return is needed.
