  • Improper Care: Damage caused by improper care, such as using harsh detergents, bleach, or improper washing and drying methods, is not covered. See our Silk Care Guide for more information.
  • Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, stains, misuse, abuse, or mishandling of the products is not covered under the warranty.
  • Non-Defect Related Issues: The warranty does not cover dissatisfaction with product color, texture, or personal preferences unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Where do I find my Lot Number?

Lot numbers facilitate traceability and documentation of the product's journey from manufacturing to you, the customer. They provide a reference point for us to review production records, quality control checks, and other relevant information related to the specific lot. This information is crucial in determining whether your product in question meets the warranty coverage criteria.
