Items must adhere to the same condition guidelines stated above. Note deadline of 30 days within tracked delivery for exchanges.
If any item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements for a replacement. If an incorrect item was shipped in error, we will replace the item as quickly as possible and issue a return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days for replacement items; beyond that time, we will only be able to issue a store credit.
Mulberry Park Silks is committed to bringing our customers the highest quality silk products, and we assure you that the products within our Outlet department meet those same high standards. Every item sold in our Outlet is new but has either been removed from its original product packaging or is lacking the original packaging. However, these silk products have been closely inspected by our quality control team to make sure they are in perfect condition. All outlet sales are final. Unless items are defective or incorrect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Mulberry Park Silks is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. We always recommend that your items are shipped and insured for the full purchase price by a traceable carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
Mulberry Park Silks will inspect all returned merchandise and return it to you without a refund if the item does not comply with our standards. If we find the item returned to be in good condition, we will refund you the purchase price less any shipping and restocking fees within 5 - 7 business days. You will be refunded in full if the return is the result of a manufacturer error.
