    Mulberry Park Silks Return & Exchange Policy

    Mulberry Park Silks wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. We are committed to excellent customer service and quality control. To ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, our replacement and return policies are outlined below:

    General Guidelines for All Returns

    • Please inspect your package upon delivery to ensure that all items are correct and in good condition and that the packing slip matches your original order.
    • If any items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must contact us within 10 days of the tracked delivery date. We will request photos of the box, items, and packing slip to quickly resolve the issue.
    • If you are not fully satisfied, you may return unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
    • Returns must be authorized through our Return Exchange Form, and no returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    • Returns must be received within 14 days of RMA issuance.
    • Refunds apply to product costs only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Outlet / Clearance items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
    • For hygienic safety purposes, all sales for Down and Down Alternative products are final. You can rest assured that the duvet insert you receive has never been used, returned, or otherwise compromised. You will be this product's first and only owner.

    Return Process

    Please read all return information provided on this page.

    1. Complete a Return/Exchange form found here:

    2. You will be contacted within 2-3 business days with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and additional return information. Do not return any item without first receiving an RMA #, your return will not be accepted.
    3. Package the item(s) securely and be sure to include the packing slip and any original packing.
    4. Ship the item to the return address given in Step 2 and send us the return tracking number. Unless the item was defective or incorrect, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
    5. Please be reminded that you have 14 days from the date of this return authorization to send back your items. If we do not receive your returned items within this timeframe, your return authorization will be canceled.
    6. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your original form of payment in accordance with our return conditions (see below).
    7. Refunds are given on the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Returned merchandise must comply with the following condition guidelines

    • Original packaging must be included with all returns.
    • Items must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
    • Items must not have been damaged by pollutants such as cigarette/ cigar smoke or embedded fragrances and items such as cologne/perfume.
    • Items must be completely free of Human Hair, Animal Hair, Dander, Dirt, etc.
    • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or other visible signs of wear.
    • Return must be received within 30 days of tracked delivery.
    • Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

    Important Notes:

    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipment.
    • Please provide a tracking number for your return for our records.
    • Kindly return your items as soon as possible. Unreceived returns after 30 days of authorization will be closed and no longer eligible for refund or exchange.

    Exchanges

    Items must adhere to the same condition guidelines stated above. Note deadline of 30 days within tracked delivery for exchanges.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If any item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 10 days of delivery and we can make arrangements for a replacement. Items must be in brand new, unwashed condition. If an incorrect item was shipped in error, we will replace the item as quickly as possible and issue a return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you. For damaged or incorrect items, we must be contacted within 10 days of delivery; beyond this timeframe, we will only be able to issue a store credit.

    Outlet Item Returns Terms and Conditions

    Mulberry Park Silks is committed to bringing our customers the highest quality silk products, and we assure you that the products within our Outlet department meet those same high standards. Every item sold in our Outlet is new but has either been removed from its original product packaging or is lacking the original packaging. However, these silk products have been closely inspected by our quality control team to make sure they are in perfect condition. All outlet sales are final.     Shipping Instructions

    Unless items are defective or incorrect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Mulberry Park Silks is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. We always recommend that your items are shipped and insured for the full purchase price by a traceable carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

    Mulberry Park Silks will inspect all returned merchandise and return it to you without a refund if the item does not comply with our standards. If we find the item returned to be in good condition, we will refund you the purchase price less any shipping and restocking fees within 5 - 7 business days. You will be refunded in full if the return is the result of a manufacturer error.


    Return Policy for International Orders (Outside of the USA)

    We strive to provide the best customer experience, and we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Please note the following terms for international returns:

    1. Refund Eligibility:

      • Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.
      • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
    1. Return Process:

      • To initiate a return, please complete this return form: Return Exchange Form
      • Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
    1. Refund Process:

      • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund for the product cost only.
      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the return is accepted.
    1. Customs Duties:

      • Any duties paid to the local customs authority upon delivery are not refundable by us.
      • Customers may contact their local customs office to inquire about potential refunds on these charges.
