Silk is a delicate, premium fiber that requires strict hygiene standards. To ensure every customer receives a fresh, pristine, never-used item, all returns are carefully evaluated by our in-house Quality Control Team. These policies help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and product integrity.
Only items that pass all inspection points are eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to the customer and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items requested for exchange must meet the same conditions and inspection standards as returns. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the tracked delivery date.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or assistance selecting an alternate item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of the tracked delivery date.
Claims submitted after 10 days may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
Our silk products are cut, sewn, hemmed, and finished with care. Due to the nature of textile manufacturing and finishing, finished dimensions may vary slightly from the measurements listed on our website.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, variations of up to approximately ±1 inch are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and are not considered product defects. Dimensional variations within this tolerance range are not covered under our Product Warranty or considered grounds for a defect claim.
Eligible unused, unwashed, and undamaged items may still be returned in accordance with this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
All Outlet items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
These products are new, but may be removed from original packaging or may be missing some packaging components. Each Outlet item is carefully inspected by our Quality Control Team to ensure it meets our standards.

Unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs if Checkout+ return coverage was not selected at checkout.
If your returned item passes Quality Control inspection, we will refund the purchase price, less any applicable fees, to your original form of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any applicable return processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
International returns are accepted only if the item meets all return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
All international return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Mulberry Park Silks is not responsible for delays, fees, or losses caused by international carriers or customs authorities.
If an item is received with a verified manufacturer's defect or the incorrect item was shipped, we will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution. Resolution may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or prepaid return label depending on the circumstances.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all international returns. Mulberry Park Silks is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
