Un-stretched, they have an inside diameter of 22", with 8" for the mask and 14" of strap.
Sleep Masks have a 3/4" elastic that is fully covered by silk. They are not adjustable.
The silk is so soft against my eyes and skin. I don’t have to think about chemicals being next to my eyes or on my skin. I only have one set of eyes and spending the money on good silk with no chemicals is worth it to me. It also helps with my dry eyes. I don’t find myself getting hit with the mask. Other masks have made me hot & during hot flashes other masks were so uncomfortable. I don’t have this problem with wearing the silk mask. The company is also great with responding back. They sent links on how to clean and care for their silk. Greatly appreciate it. I will definitely buy more in the near future. I have 2 as of right now. Btw the black did not transfer color onto my skin.
